    Free classroom session and quiz at the community center from 9:45–11:50 a.m., followed by a headwaters walk from 1–3 p.m.; lunch is on your own and the room is unavailable then. Advance application November 2–20; 45 places, first come, first served. The city reported an application-form outage on November 4 and directed applicants to phone or apply at the counter until restored.
