Free entry to a former Tokyo municipal dining hall now used as a tourist and cultural center. Some second-floor events charge separately. The center normally closes Mondays, or Tuesday when Monday is a public holiday; temporary closures are possible. Free guided neighborhood walks usually depart at 11:00 and 14:00 on opening days; check availability.
